These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of this public website, including pages about Sheeraz Hasan, case studies, media records, press archives, and private inquiry routes.

By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

This website is provided for informational, editorial, and business development purposes. It presents public records, media references, case-study summaries, and information about Sheeraz Hasan and related advisory work.

The website does not create an ongoing client, advisory, agency, partnership, employment, or fiduciary relationship. A paid consultation purchased through the booking flow covers only the duration and scope shown before checkout. Any further engagement must be agreed separately in writing.

When a paid consultation is offered, its host, duration, price, currency, and available payment method are shown before checkout. A consultation time is confirmed only after the payment provider approves the transaction and Calendly issues a booking confirmation.

Payments may be processed by Calendly and its supported payment providers, or by Tamara for eligible customers in supported markets. Tamara independently determines eligibility, the payment schedule, and the terms of its installment service. Those terms are shown by Tamara before you complete payment.

The Tamara total is calculated by converting the USD 495 consultation price at USD 1 = AED 3.6725 and rounding to two decimal places, producing AED 1,817.89. FAME does not add a currency-conversion markup to that price. Tamara's own installment terms still apply.

Availability can change while checkout is in progress. If the selected time cannot be booked after payment approval, we will attempt to cancel the authorization and will contact you if provider action is still required.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approval is not automatic and depends on the circumstances, timing, whether the consultation has been provided in whole or in part, applicable law, and the payment provider's terms. Any approved refund will be processed through the original payment method. Rescheduling and cancellation remain subject to the terms shown during booking or otherwise confirmed in writing.

You may use the website for lawful personal or business evaluation purposes. You agree not to:

• interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the website;
• copy, scrape, or bulk extract content except as allowed by law;
• misrepresent your identity or affiliation when submitting an inquiry;
• use the website to send spam, malware, or unlawful material;
• remove attribution, copyright notices, or source references from copied excerpts.

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, layouts, compilations, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the website operator. Third-party names, logos, publications, broadcasts, and images remain the property of their respective owners.

You may link to public pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Any broader reproduction, republication, commercial reuse, or archive extraction requires prior written permission.
